Start Drills are used to produce new holes where considerable amounts of material removal is required.
Start Reamers are used to make start holes where only a limited amount of stock removal is needed and make optimal holes for the subsequent Cold Expansion process.
Finish Reamers are used to leave holes to final size holes prior to installing applicable fasteners.
The Combination Gauge ensures that the start hole is within specified tolerance with the go/no-go gauge and that the final holes lies within tolerance with the go gauge.
The Mandrel Gauge ensures that the mandrel has not been worn under tolerance.
